2006-2007 Oregon Ranger of the Year Ranger of the Year (ROTY) is an opportunity for Rangers of all ages to see if they have what it takes to be included in an elite class of Rangers...to be counted as the few, the proud, the Rangers of the Year. This elite class of Rangers is not an exclusive class. It is open to all who dare to become the best of the best and spend a little time bettering themselves by reviewing the important elements of what it is to be a Royal Ranger. It is open to those who complete their merits, attend campouts, are solid followers of Christ, and who are involved in their Children's Ministries Group or Youth Group. In general, it is open to YOU! There are three levels of accomplishment for the boys - Outstanding, Excellent and Participation. In addition to the levels of accomplishment, boys may also be invited to the next level of evaluation based upon their overall performance at the prior level; therefore, you will also see the phrase "with invitation" next to some of their names.
